You can delete an escalation policy from the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page.

1. Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Escalation.
2. On the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page, select the checkbox next to one or more policies.
3. Click Remove.
4. Click Yes to delete the selected policies.
