You can edit an escalation policy from the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page.
- Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Escalation.
 - Select a client from the Select Client list.
 - On the ALERT ESCALATION POLICIES page, click the policy name.
 - On the ALERT ESCALATION POLICY DETAILS page, click Edit.
 - Make changes to the policy.
 - When you are finished making changes, click Review and click Save to update the policy.
